Operations Manager

Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role. You will work closely with a deep pool of engineering talent, providing the structure, clarity and leadership needed to fully harness and develop that capability.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating engineering and project delivery teams across multiple complex projects
• Bringing structure, clarity, accountability and momentum to planning and execution
• Driving continuous improvement in delivery, efficiency and commercial control
• Enhancing the use of systems and data to improve visibility and decision-making
• Ensuring consistently high standards in quality, safety and customer delivery

We are seeking an experienced operations or engineering leader with a track record of improving performance in a technical or manufacturing environment. You will bring strong project delivery capability, commercial awareness, and the ability to implement practical, results-driven improvements.

Equally important is your ability to lead and develop capable teams, embedding the processes, discipline and ways of working required to support sustained growth and build a high performance culture.
